Research Interests: Investigation of blood flow including: the role of fluid mechanics in cardiovascular diseases, flow shear at the blood vessel wall, effect of flow on clotting functions and concentration of blood elements within a blood vessel. Imaging techniques to measure micro flows. Development of Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) techniques.
